During the Fall semester I will be teaching Principles of Microeconomics and Quantitative Analysis for Business and Economics.  During the Spring semester I teach Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Finance.  See the links on the left to access these course WebPages.  My research focuses on agency theory and more specifically executive compensation and debt structure.
