Abuse
and Trauma Lab
The AT-Lab is research lab at
BSC that involves faculty-directed and faculty-student collaborative research
on abuse and trauma. Students participating in the lab elect to do so on a volunteer basis, although some advanced
upper-class students will propose an Independent Study (PY493) to earn
partial or full credit (equivalent to a half or a full course) for their
work. Lab students are dedicated to the science of psychology and are
interested in learning more about the process of research. Most students are
interested in applying to graduate school in psychology or a related field.
The time commitment varies per week, but it averages to roughly 1 hour a
week. Please contact Dr. Witte if you are interested in joining the lab.
